SHOW NEWS - 2013/2014
The 2013/2014 show year was the best ever at Traipse! It went from 5/1/13 to 4/30/14 - We managed to get Vouvray a SUPREME title in under 2 months!!! She was only 9 months old! Her sister Borealis did great as well.... She became a Quadruple Grand Champion while showing as almost every show that Vouvray was at! Both of these girls went on to become REGIONAL WINNERS - (Meaning that they were in the Top 40 Cats in their region! Regardless of Breed)

Borealis was only 9 months old when she received her QGC!!! - Since she almost always showed with her sister Vouvray, this is a really nice achievement.
Borealis will come back out after a litter or two to try to get her Supreme Title!

TRAIPSE Mondo Macadamia
1st kitten show in Calgary - 4/14...
at only 4 months old, he managed to get 2 finals... They were only awarding the top 5 kittens out of the 20 shown.
Nice start and I'm excited to watch him grow up!
TRAIPSE Tiger Mountain TIGRESS
TIgress is a beautiful kitten! She showed in Calgary 4/14 and was the best Bengal Kitten at the show. 4 Finals all in the top 5 :)

DADAELIS BLACK DAHLIA OF TRAIPSE
QUADRUPLE GRAND CHAMPION - 7/12
Even though Dahlia is 3 years old, she deserved an opportunity to get her "Best Cat" for her Supreme Grand Champion title.... I took her to the Abbotsford show in Feb 2014 to see if we could get one.
Alas - It didn't happen for her. She did manage to get 5 finals though and has most likely ended her show career. Since she was just taking finals away from Vouvray and Borealis, it just doesn't make too much sense to continue....

TRAIPSE EPITIMEES TRINITY
CHAMPION and 1st Best SH CAT!! 3/14
Trinity really has something special - The highest contrast in her spot pattern, no rib barring, fabulous coloring.....
She impressed the judges right away at only 8 months and took home 5 Finals and one of them was her 1st "Best SH CAT"!!
Most of us know how hard it is for a female to achieve this -

Arcadia Show - January 2014
What a thrill it was to see Jean again after so many years from when I got my pet Bengal from her!
I was even able to introduce her to Millwood Epitimee's Granddaughter - "Traipse Epitimees Trinity" - named after her grandfather as there is so much about her that reminds me of him (Epitimee was my 1st Stud Cat)
Jean just seemed to be mostly impressed in how Trinity had such distinct markings within only two generations of breeding!

Obi Wan came out strong and got a "Best Alter" almost right away! He went on to get a total of 4 finals during his show weekend in Edmonton -
He's now offered as an amazing pet to someone who will appreciate all that he has to offer!

TRAIPSE COEUR D LANCOME
GRAND CHAMPION 04/14
Now living with Acrocatz Cattery/Barb Symmonds up in Edmonton, Alberta - Lancome came out to her first show and showed everyone what a beautiful girl she is!
She got 3 finals - This is really saying something in a bengal class of 9 and with Borealis and Trinity taking 16 finals between the two of them :)

Lancome just became a Grand Champion at the Calgary show and was the 2nd best bengal (out of 6 adults) at the show. Her SGC sister was #1 :)
TRAIPSE MORNING GLORY

Now living with Acrocatz Cattery/Barb Symmonds up in Edmonton, Alberta - "Jill" came out of for her first show as the 2nd best bengal of Barbs!
In Calgary, she even managed to get a BEST CAT from Nancy Parkinson!!! She is now a champion and will start having babies soon

Obi-Wan had one of the best spot patterns, coloring and contrast that I've seen - VERY clear coated that reminds me of an actual Leopard!
Obi-Wan was placed as the 5th best bengal from the Judge from Japan - Yukimasa Hattori!! Congratulations to Obi-Wan - He'll be staying here at Traipse to contribute some beautiful kittens in the future :)
